  • Return and Exchange: Items once sold can only be exchanged if there is a recognizable quality issue or damage in delivery.
  • Cancellation: Cancellations will be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the shipment of the product has been initiated.
