- Pricing: All prices are inclusive of all taxes and shipping charges. However additional Shipping charges are applicable for certain locations.
- Delivery: We ship furniture to all major cities in the country. Our products are not a result of mass production done by machines, rather, they are individual accents curated with utmost love by skilled artisans. Furniture items may take up to 4-6 weeks to deliver from order Confirmation. In case of a missed delivery, an extra charge would be applicable.
- Care Instructions:
- Frequent cleaning with a clean buff cloth without any residue of any cleaning products removes dirt.
- Dusting with a dry cloth can scratch, so lightly spritz your cleaning cloth with water.
- A vacuum cleaner will effectively remove any dust from wooden surfaces and wooden bed frames.
- Always use a coaster for drinks, and be mindful of any other potential sources of water damage, such as flower vases.
- Sharp objects can cut right through the surface of the wood, leaving behind unsightly scratches and gouges.
- Keep heavy objects off the shelves and headboard of your storage bed.
- Product Variation: The Shades displayed across the range of products may slightly vary from the actual color. This may happen due to multiple settings in your monitor or viewing device (Laptop/ Mobile/Tab) or impact of our digital photoshoots. We request you to consider these minor variations as it would not be considered as a defect and hence would not be eligible for return.
- Return and Exchange: Items once sold can only be exchanged if there is a recognizable quality issue or damage in delivery.
- Cancellation: Cancellations will be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the shipment of the product has been initiated.
