Production and Delivery Timeline: Due to the handcrafted nature of our furniture, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery from the date of order confirmation. This timeframe accounts for the crafting process, quality checks, packaging, and transit time to your location. While we make every effort to adhere to these timelines, unforeseen circumstances or logistical challenges may occasionally cause delays. We will, of course, keep you informed of any significant changes to your expected delivery date.
Delivery Process: Once your furniture is ready for shipment, we will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery date and time. Mattress Shipping
We also ship our mattresses to all major cities nationwide. Unlike our handcrafted furniture, mattresses are typically in stock and ready for quicker dispatch.
Delivery Timeline: For mattress orders, please allow 3-7 business days for delivery from the date of order confirmation. This shorter timeframe reflects the availability of mattresses and streamlined shipping processes.
Delivery Process: Similar to furniture deliveries, we will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery date and time once your mattress is ready to ship. Mattresses are typically delivered directly to your doorstep.
Missed Deliveries: If you miss your scheduled mattress delivery, an additional delivery charge will apply for rescheduling. Please contact us promptly to arrange an alternative delivery time to minimize any inconvenience.
