Damage in Delivery: If your item arrives damaged due to mishandling during shipping, you are eligible for an exchange. Photographic evidence of the damage is also highly recommended.

Exchange Process:

Responsibility: Beddo is responsible for the cost of shipping the exchanged item. However, you are responsible for ensuring the item is properly packaged for return shipping to prevent further damage.

Final Decision: Beddo reserves the right to make the final decision regarding all exchange claims.
